Fromage \u00e0 l\u2019allure douce et \u00e9l\u00e9gante<\/strong>, sa fine cro\u00fbte<\/strong> s\u00e8che est blanch\u00e2tre<\/strong>, voire jaun\u00e2tre. Sa p\u00e2te<\/strong> est \u00e9galement blanche<\/strong> \u00e0 ivoire<\/strong>, marbr\u00e9e<\/strong> de moisissures<\/strong> bleu<\/strong>–vert<\/strong> p\u00e2les bien r\u00e9parties dans la masse. Sa texture <\/strong>est souple<\/strong>, ferme<\/strong> et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement friable<\/strong>. Fromage doux<\/strong>, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement<\/strong> amer<\/strong>, son go\u00fbt<\/strong> est de type lact\u00e9<\/strong> avec des notes de champignon<\/strong>. A mettre d’urgence sur vos Plateaux de fin de repas<\/a><\/strong>, ou \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir fondu en\u00a0raclette<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n
